if you have lost your mobile phone and have the warranty for it will you be able to get a new one? will you need the receipt too?

he is right. Your company will not let the warranty extend to being lost or stolen. The warranty only covers if the phone is broken or defective.

Most likely not. Their warranty covers defects on their phone, not user loss/theft/incompetence.

If you had a protection plan on your phone from your provider, then you'll have to check your contact with it, it might cover it, but it will also require that you file a police report, and send them a copy.

Warranties usually only apply to defects of the phone, unless you have a special one that replaces lost phones you are sh*t out of luck. sorry.
