Cell Phones & Plans - February 2007

i can't log into the "my account" because i'm on a family share plan and i don't know the social security # of the main person (or w/e you would say). when i get a new phone online is there any other way to add it to that plan instead of getting a new one?

Hi does anyone know why my Nokia 6100 keeps turning itself off for no apparent reason? I have replaced the battery but it's still doing it. Although possibly not as often.
It is fairly well used but I like it and don't want to have to replace it unless I have to.
Would greatly appreciate any ideas. thanks

I have a nokia 6280, from the UK, with a UK charger that plugs into our 240v mains. Can i get a charger over there to work with it or can i get an adaptor over here?

On startup of my Moto Razr V3c, I have a popup that says "My Phone Number" with my number underneath. Is there anyway to get rid of it? It happens everytime I start up my phone, it's really annoying, and I have searched the features of my phone to find somewhere to stop it.

I have numbers on my phone bill that I don't know. Is there a website where I can trace them to get names and addresses for free. If not how good is a website like web detective? Do they really do what they say or they a ripoff? Thanks for any help. :-)

This is the second time Sprint has called me and said my bill is due next month and again their saying my bill has gotten sent back to them, this happened before in October and I am getting real sick of it I am starting to think Sprint is trying to pull a scam on me. I told the lady on the phone that it's not my problem that the bill isn't getting to me I told her that to send it UPS if she has to.She replied back we only have one method of postage I replied back well it's not working. She also said I have other options by pushing * 2 for customer care or go online. But seriously this is ridculous why do I have to go out of my way for them to pay my cell phone bill something is not right anyone have any ideas or advice?
