How can I trace unpublished and cell phone numbers?

I have numbers on my phone bill that I don't know. Is there a website where I can trace them to get names and addresses for free. If not how good is a website like web detective? Do they really do what they say or they a ripoff? Thanks for any help. :-)

Cell numbers are not listed in a directory, and there wont be any online directory with lookup capabilities. Unlisted numbers will only show up on your bill for outbound calls. It should show as unlisted if the call was inbound. There is no directory lookup capabilities on this either. If the charges are high, call the number to see who it was
