put a SIM card in my phone and when i turn it on it says "insert SIM card" but it's already correctly in.why?

Sim card sounds stuffed. Try cleaning it with a soft cloth and also the phone section. if not get a replacement sim

your phone is probably damaged. Take it back to where you bought it. they can test the phone and the sim card.
