Hi ! All the functions of any mobile phones can be use at any place without any problem instead of the network which u r using to contact persons, coz there is not a single connection with functions of mobile.

hi if there is no network then you can not make a call or send messages. but you can use the other options like camera,mp-3 ,media player etc.

Yes , it will definitely work as the said features are inbuilt features of the mobile phone and moreover they are not dependant on the network.
