How can I track a mobile phone everywhere in the world?

I read that it is possible to track a mobile phone. I visited the website PhoneTrace and don't really know if it works, I tested it but the screen stuck on loading. I want to know if the PhoneTrace works or if there is a free alternative?

yea the phone trace work. I use it to track my husband down al the time.

I think you have to sign up to them (and have rights to the tracer phone) such as for knowing where your kids are by phone etc.

Alternatively apply for a job at GCHQ or MI5 and you will have access to phone records etc.

Second option is incredibly unlikely and subject to record checks etc going back generations and so on...
