First, don't answer the phone. Then you have other options: 1. Get call block from your phone company. 2. Look in your phone book for Mental Health Crisis Centers and give your friend the number. Let her know that there are people who want to listen to her. 3. Does she have a psychiatrist? Let the good doctor know what's been going on. He or she should be the one caring for her. 4. Always dial *67 then the person's number.That will block the person from seeing your number.
