If you're not sure how to open the front part of the cellphone, have it cleaned by a professional. Or just buy a new cellphone. In the future, you may want to use cellphone covers to prevent dirt from entering the keypads and sides of the screen.

take off the faceplate and wipe the inside of it to get rid of the dust lol. flipphones you may need to peel off the front of the screen protector thing. :/
