ok my phone is being weird...it keeps beeping when i dont have a message and the battery isnt low and no new text messages and i dont know whats happening do any of you know what my phone is doing?

Its a Motorola camera phone. its really getting on my nerves because when im in a serious conversation it starts beeping and i cant hear the other person and over and over again i have to keep asking what they are saying, and all i want to know is why its doing that every other second... Amidst the controversy regarding the choice of naming Apple Inc.'s new technological item, which they would like to call "iPhone", I wonder what the preference would be from the consumer. Would "Apple Phone" (using the Apple logo instead of the written word), as in Apple TV, perhaps, be a better choice for a name for the new tech product just introduced by Apple Inc., and thus eliminate the threatened lawsuits? (Another company has a patent on the name "iPhone" in some countries) Is the consumer tiring of the tradition of iTunes, iCal, iPhoto, iDVD, etc.? Perhaps, now is the time for a slight deviation and a move in the direction of just saying what the item is--an Apple Phone. What do you think?

It's my 18th birthday in a few days and my parents want to buy me a phone. If you own a v3 can you tell me how good it is/was and whether it has any quirks/irritating problems with it. Suggestions of other phones are also welcome.

I' ve been using Airtel's postpaid GPRS service and experienced a very slow speed of 9.00 kbps rather than a speed of 115.2 kbps and I've been sometimes paying a sum of rs. 600 or more than that rather than rs. 249. Can you please suggest me that which network gives me a better speed of internet service for a fixed price exceeding not too much amount of money. As far as I am concerned I also have came to know BSNL has a very good service in which ASDL facility can be received and can buy a BSNL modem for upgrading the speed of 2 Mbps which is 2 megabyte per second. So please let me know what is the right price for all of that as i am little worried and confused??

I have 6 months left of my 18 month contract, but am spending 3 times my tariff cost on extra costs. I pay about £35 for rental and 400mins and 500 texts any network anytime, but my bill comes regularly to £90 odd pounds as I am using about 600+ minutes. Can I call and negotiate a better deal? What kind of deal should I expect?
