Want to be able to check my Yahoo mail on the phone; Needs to be pretty small; want to be able to link it to my Tomtom.

MDA Vario 2 on t-mobile or the MDA compact 3 (again t-mobile)
Vario 2 is the faster more up2date version of the Vario 1 (or the xda mini as O2'ers know it) connection speed is twice as fast as the original, has great screen for surfing that can be turned on its side, whole screen is touch with onscreen keyboard OR you can use the slide out qwerty keyboard.
MDA Compact 3 has same features as Vario 2 with exeption of slide out keyboard. but to make up for it u have a click scroll wheel and a rollaball mouse to make surfing that bit easier! (compact 3 also has built it GPRS!! which is rare and very useful if u r using sat nav!)

Well it all depends on the sortware not the phone when it comes to internet access however the nokia n73 is probably the best its not tiny though!

Cingular 8525 and Blackjack they both have very fast speeds 3G
but i like the cingular 8525 cus of the design
