Bluetooth- Phone to PC?

I don't know how to send files from my pc to my fone! I don't know if I have something built in ot my computer. Is there any downloadable sites on internet? Please help!

Hi

To be able to send files from your phone to your PC you need a bluetooth dongle, you can get one on E-bay for around 10 bucks, or electronic shops for around 20 bucks.you also get a CD with so you can install all the necessary software. YOu just set it up thats that.
