Motorollas are an odd bunch of phones. Contact the manufacturer or take it back to the shop.

well, either you have it set to beep off the minutes, or if it is beeping when you are talking on it...YOU HAVE ANOTHER CALL...most phones come with call waiting service. so try this...if it happens again while you are talking on it...tell the person you are talking to to hold on, hit SEND and say "hello?" and see if there is anyone new on the line. if it is the same person then i don't know what your problem is...sorry

If you havent done anything to it that might have messed it up, (like dropped it in water or left it in the bathroom while you took a steamy shower), you should just take it back in to your phone company and have them look at it.
If it isn't anything you did that broke it, then they will fix it for free or replace it. They can tell if has been exposed to moisture or been dropped. So if you're sure you didn't do either of those things bring it to them to fix.
If this isn't the case, and they claim you dropped it or got it wet, ALWAYS make sure they show you the evidence.
However, if they say it shows evidence of moisture or being dropped you will have to pay to get it fixed or replace it yourself.

you probly have it set to beep every minute to let you know how long you have been talking. Go into your phone settings and change it. It's not hard...trust me

When it comes to humans and their electronic devices, only one of them can be classified as retarded, and I'm afraid it's not the phone my dear.
GO TO:
http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/nss/Support_Manuals.asp
Select your device, then go to the trouble shooting section of the manual. Good luck!
