How about a Motorola RAZR, Motorola K1, Nokia 6136, 3G Sony Ericsson Z610i, Samsung D830, Nokia N93 .
Whatever you do, don't go for the 6260- i got it and I dont think its any good.

chocolate by verizon black mp3 not flip but its a slider camera bluetooth defidently stylish only annoying quirk is that its a slider and if using it for mp3 like with most phones youll need to get a larger battery

Any other phone than a Motorola RAZR V3 or V3x.
But go for a Motorola v360. Memory wise, you can get memory cards for up to 1GB .

It depends on who your cell phone provider is as to which phones they support. Based on what you've described, you're looking for a Motorola RAZR:

It's reasonably priced and has everything you mentioned. I know the 4 major carriers, Cingular, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint support it.
