Cell Phones & Plans - January 2007

Hi, Im havin Nokia 3100 mobile. I cant able to connect to the internet.
I enquired customer care regarding this,
they told my model doesn't have modem built in.
My question is, Is there any other way to make my mobile connect to the internet, like adding extra hardware or software...?
My friend told me to try with CA-42 data cable. But he is not sure about that.
Will it works?

please help me.

when i run Antivir Mobile (antiviurs software) virus defination july 2006, than it show Malware found (SymbOS/Drever.A) what is this friends ??? what should i do for it. can i delete it or it is a system file pls tell me i am using nokia 3230..

I've been using Nokia phones forever but now i want some change and got my eye of SE P990i but the only problem is p990i seems quite obsolete compare to N93. Nokia's device got better camera and the most important thing missing in P990i is EDGE technology. What do you guys have to say about it ?

Someone posted a Ad on craigslist and putted my cellphone number on that ad. Now I get like 100 phone calls.. How can I find that ad on craiglist with my cell phone number so i can tell the admin to delete it so i wont get those calls again because I don't want to change my number

Hello all, I am wondering with the new apple iphone, is it possible to turn mobile reception OFF and still use its other features? My cell phone was stolen, and I still have a week left of my contract but don't with to stay with my phone company. My account is suspended which means my contract extends for that length of time, so I'm stuck. I need to get a cheap new phone tomorrow morning and reactivate it for the length of my contract to avoid the early termination fee. My question is, where can I get a REALLY cheap cell phone quickly at a real store (not ebay)? Do regular stores cell cell phones that can be activated with existing accounts? Thanks!

I have a Nextel account and want to switch to Sprint. Will I still be entitled to the special instant savings and mail-in rebates, or do they just give me the standard $150 discount since I carried out my 2 year Nextel contract. I figure since I'm new to Sprint I should get all the savings as a brand new account holder, but I am not sure, does anyone know??

I have verizondsl and to my understanding I'm supposed to have the yahoo anti-virus protection included with it. My question is how do I get it downloaded? I have went to the page it says to and I am already signed in, but it won't come up to download the anti-virus software.
