Depends on whether you have a local, national, or international plan. You'd have to go to the Verizon Wireless site and check your plan limits.

No you can't call international you may have to get an international plan. Go to www.verizionwireless.com you should be able to ask some one there.

No... the free refers to nationwide minutes. Not international.
