I charge mine when the battery has 1 bar but occaisionely to make the battery last longer let it go totally dead to the point the phone wont stay on i have heard it makes the battery last longer

Every time I see that the battery is LESS than fully charged.
As for me, I have a slightly older model that was discontinued, but that uses the exact same battery. And I got a charger for the old phone as well, so when I charge, I hook up both phones adn charge both batteries at the same time. THen, when I go out, I carry both. I turn on my good phone. I leave the old one off, so that the battery stays fresh. If I find my battery going dead on the one I use, I merley turn it off long enough to switch batteries.
I'm back up and ready to go with a fresh phone battery in 5 minutes or less, including the time it takes to take the leather covers off both phones.
So I do a full charge on both batteries roughly every 3 days. I don't use my phone a lot. Mainly, it's my 9-1-1 phone, since I am a heart patient. I use it occasionally to call my son (out of state) when I'm away from home. I call my dr and my therapist to let them know I'm on my way weekly.

when the battery gets low! it's not wise to over charge the phone anyway... so always wait till your battery is low or is completely drained. that will extend the life of your battery!

I charge my everynight before I go to bed, so when I wake up its fully charged for the day.

I tend to charge my battery when it gets close to low. or starts beeping at me

whenever im not using it or before i go to bed that way wheni wake up its fully charged. so i always charge it...everyday.
