I am thinking about changing my PDA from a Treo 650 to a microsoft based phone that will synch to outlook. Is there an easy way to do it?

Outlook shops all of your Contacts, digital mail, calendar products, and projects documents in a unmarried report noted as a .PST report. in case you want to export (or merely decrease back up), say, your Contacts, spotlight Contacts contained in the Outlook folder record. Then click report, Import and Export. The Import and Export Wizard opens. go with Export to a report and click next. contained in the subsequent window, you're given a catalogue of recommendations. evaluate utilizing Microsoft Excel—this can export all of your contacts right into a properly ordered spreadsheet. Make your determination and click next. you're given the alternative lower back to go with the folder you want to export. spotlight it and click next. Specify the call and placement the position you would possibly want to wish to keep your report. Use the Browse button in case you want. click next and then click end. you may now use this Excel spreadsheet as your documents source contained in the merge.
