i connected my RAZR to the computer and downloaded songs to it. then, when i plugged it out and someone called me, it got all crazy and when i opened it to anwer it, the screen went blank and the other person couldnt hear me. this happened several times....what should i do?!

I might be getting a cellphone soon and my parents want to know what is the best cellphone company.My friend wants me to get Cingular but I don't really like Cingular.My aunt has Sprint, but she is thinking of getting the new cellphone company which is Cricket.Most of my family has Verizon!And I like Verison more than I like Cingular!what is the best deal?Cingular,Verison,Cricket or Sprint?

Okay so someone stepped on my purse and my phone was in it and now my phone is broken and I need a new one. I went to the cingular store and told them i had insurrance on it and that i needed to send it in for a new one or what ever and they said i didnt have insurance on it. I was so pissed because i remember telling the lady when i got the phone that I wanted insurrance. What should I do? They said it would be $150 for a new phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help!

I am with o2 network, and although I can check my Yahoo account by going through the o2 Active Page, I want to know how to send an email in the same way as i send a text. the older phone I had before got many songs for my ringtones. This is a newer phone and I can't find any of the songs I like that I can use on this phone. Does anyone else have this cell phone? Where do you find your ringtones? By the way, Verizon is my provider.

When contacted Nokia "care"line on phone for loose hinge of my 9500 communicator, the call centre employee says they dont care how many times I open or close the top cover. A loose hinge means the product was misused by me.
I suspect it may not be the company's views at large, and this particular employee may be rogue.
