can anyone explain how to download pictures from my computer to my cell phone?

i know you use a usb cable which i have but im not sure of the procedure

Read your phone's manual. You may have to buy additional cables and driver software (for the computer) so the pictures can be massaged to be conformant with the phone display etc.
