i connected my RAZR to the computer and downloaded songs to it. then, when i plugged it out and someone called me, it got all crazy and when i opened it to anwer it, the screen went blank and the other person couldnt hear me. this happened several times....what should i do?!

it was installing songs which means it was going through the flash programming. Youll have to take it in. or if you dont mind losing your songs try pulling out the battery. this will do a hard reset

You most likey downlaoded a virus to your cellphone, you'll proably have to take it someone who can clean it out.
