Okay so someone stepped on my purse and my phone was in it and now my phone is broken and I need a new one. I went to the cingular store and told them i had insurrance on it and that i needed to send it in for a new one or what ever and they said i didnt have insurance on it. I was so pissed because i remember telling the lady when i got the phone that I wanted insurrance. What should I do? They said it would be $150 for a new phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help!

Sell your phone on Ebay, describing the damage. Normally, people do buy damaged phones as parts can be used for repairing other phones.
Not sure how much you can get for it, but something is still better than nothing, and will help towards your next phone purchase.

Make the person who broke it pay for it, or throw his/her phone into a pot of boiling water :)
