I have a T-Mobile Nokia 6103b. I have it on and it said "SIM rejected", so I restart it, and it said "Insert SIM card". What do I do?

this was for ring tones which sounded like a great idea
I never use, nor know HOW to use - this "thing" I supposedly signed up for. Nor do I realize I have it. When I recv'd my cell bill, questioned, was told this is the only way to dispute. This actually makes less sense as i found there is no actual way to STOP by going to mobile sidewalk.com
