If you mean the cost of ( I am assuming mobile phones) phones, there are so many very low priced ones available, depending on what you require from the phone. Once you have the phone it's your though and if you are using a prepaid card for your phone, it very easy to control how much you spend. Some people misuse it to talk for long periods of times and end up paying so much.

My phone the ( Nokia N90 ) was like $830, when I bought but now it's like cheap, it's $600, and now gross people can get it, which is not young. But they're expensive b/c they're young and hot.
