You have international roaming with your current mobile carrier.
You have an UNLOCKED GSM phone. In which case you'll be able to purchase an international SIM calling card at most international airports/ports. They're basically like those calling cards you find in your local convenience stores. "Call Mexico for just 2 cents per minute", same basic principles as those cards except that it's actually a SIM card you can insert into your phone.
