Cell Phones & Plans - August 2006

Need to get one for work and dont know which plan is best and what phone is best. HELP. Thanks.

Cellphone was stolen and we didn't have it insured. We aren't "eligible" for an upgrade till 7/07. Where can I find just a plain phone without a camera that won't cost us $150 or more. And if I get one will they (cingular) activate it and let me use it with my existing contract? We just need something for my husband to use while at work or out hunting.

I have a 3.7 V lithium ion battery in my cell phone. After about 6 months, its charge lasts less than 12 hours. Is this common? And can iIget a new battery free under warranty or is it too late?

im into the sims 2,crash bandicoot etc. style games and I love customising my phone with wallpapers,ringtones and screensavers. im also in cameras ,good web access and mp3 player but the mp3 one isnt priortity so which phone supports all this?but is fairly reasonably priced?and that I can have on pre-paid accounts?.I currently have a sidekick 2 and im finding it a bit boring.gadegty wise lol.

I lost my Sony Ericsson W800 cell phone. Unfortunately, I did not update my IMEI with Cingular, so they want to replace this $400 phone with a Nokia 3595 (a $30 phone). I need the IMEI of either the SE W800 or a Samsung D807 (they are almost the same phone) so I can file an insurance claim and get a comparable phone. I will change the numbers so it doesn't link to you, but I need the IMEI. If you have one of these phones, please press *#06# to get the IMEI and please give it to me so I can get a new phone from the insurance company. PLEASE!!! :)

I just got a Boost phone. If you use Boost phone, tell me about something:
1. Wat games/applications would you recommend me to download?
2. Do you like Boost TV? Would you recommend me to use it (I tried the demo version, it's kinda lame)
3. Do you like Boost Wireless web? Do they charge money on days u're not using it?
4. Can you send picures to your phone? Do they have limits on SMS messenges?
And, um... I wanna know as many interesting stuff about Boost as possible. Dont tell me to go to there website, cauz I did a thousand times. I need real ppl experience and advice.

I just tried to call my friend and the answer I got was "At the prescribers request, this phone does not accept incoming calls." I know that his phone plan is based on minutes, so is it possible that he used up all his minutes? (It's the end of the month so that makes me think he did)

I've seen a music video on a V Cast phone under "My Flix."
Does it cost any money to have a music video on ur phone, like $.99 a video or do u get unlimited access when u pay the $15 or $10 V Cast fee?
If u do buy a video for $.99 or $1.99, then cancel V Cast like a month later, will it stay on ur phone (granted that u have enough memory)?

Last Question - when u play a music video under "My Flix," do u have to b connected to Verizon?
