Put your picture as wallpaper and it will be on the lcd display

when you take a picture, look at it in the gallery, then select options, set as, then select wallpaper, or LcD display. Good Luck and hope I helped.

If the picture is in your phone.

Go to:
Menu, then Multi media
Then select Pictures
Locate the picture you too
Open it, then select "save as wall paper"
(under options)
