I work at Cingular in customer care. I think they have wonderful service, and great features (like rollover minutes, mobile-to-mobile to over 53 MILLION people) but there are a few things you need to know. First, READ YOUR CONTRACT! You are agreeing to 2 years of service. Also, you have 30 days to "try" service before you are locked into the contract. Also, if you cancel within the first 3 days, you don't pay anything at all. Also, make sure to get copies of EVERYTHING if you go to the store - including the receipt for your phone, a copy of your first bill estimation, and make sure all the features you want are on there.

OH YEAH! And, it's a lie, they are not REQUIRED to give you that $2.99 roadside assistance, nor the $5.99 voice command. Tell them either take it off or you don't want the service!

I hope this gives you some insight...

Coverage is good, but the Customer Service is atrocious. Be very careful. I have T-Mobile, coverage not as good, but much better Service for customers.

Too expensive and service is ok i guess. If you want chep, get t-mobile, if you want good service and dont mind paying a lot, get verizon.
