I have a Motorola V360 from T-Mobile and I switched carriers, so I'm trying to find out how to get it unlocked so I can use it with my new carrier. I know you can purchase software online, but I would rather take it into a store and have someone do it for me.

I go through phones like girls go through hairspray! My son (18 months) loves to break them, and I'm single mom and cant afford $100-300 for a new 1. I've tried ebay and I couldn't find one for cheaper han $100. Does anyone know where to get a good one for very cheap, that works? PLEASE HELP----- sky

I am considering getting a cell phone. Which company would be the best company to buy one from? I am most concerned with how well the phone works, not the price. I have been told that Verizon's the best, but also that Nokia is. What has been your experience with cell phone companies? Thank you for your time.

Hi; I was just wondering if anyone could suggest from experience what type of cell/mobile phone would be good to give a 12 nearly 13 year old. They all seem to have all these MP3 players and 3G stuff on now but I dont want to give her one that is really expensive incase she loses it (its for my sister who I take care of) I was just wondering what ones other people give or would give their kids (i know she is my sister but i take care of her) so it will be me who is giving her it

Everytime I go to close the phone with the speakerphone on, it disconnects the call. The manual on the web doesn't seem to be much help, and the one I received was in Italian.
