Proxy Server settings - 216.155.165.050
Port setting - 9201
Those settings should set you up with TZones

this phone is not sold by tmobile so you'll need the WAP settings for it. Call 1800-937-8997 (tmobile customer care) or send an email to their customer care support online- tmobile will send you the settings you'll need for that service to work. try to call from another phone, data services & voice services do not work at the same time.

I don't know, but I researched phones before I purchased one and and the Motorola razr was junk. Bad, Bad reviews. Exchange it before it's too late.

use this website tmobile will send a text message to your phone which will install the settings automatically
