sprint and sprint-nextel are the worst services, even when it comes to customer services -- i hate it. you encounter a lot of reps who have attitudes. when it comes to service, there's no word for it. i don't like endorsing nextel nor sprint

all the nextell employees and their customers. they have some of the worst coverage. for the people who say they never dropped calls with nextel it's cuz they never left their 9x9 cell on rikers island. here in the free world of new mexico they suck hard.

not me I get service just about anywhere hardley have any dropped calls and I just got the brand new i850 camera phone for free thru my nextel acct, sorry bout ur luck if you didnt have a good experience give em another shot!

It was great when I had them at my last job ..because the company paid for it,of course! I got them for my own phone, and quickly dropped them when I realized how crooked the company is. (This was before the even merged with Sprint, ans extremely crooked company in their own right!)
It's too bad too, because being able to have a two-way radio conversation with someone hundreds of miles away is awesome. But, not awesome enough to deal with them. You can be sure they're giving great deals to companies who don't deserve them, which is why they try to screw,ream and gouge the individual consumer so badly.

They are the absolute worst in south eastern Pennsylvania. You could be standing facing north and have a signal then turn around in the same spot facing south and have NO signal.
