don't try to put any numbers when it is asking for the PUK code. because if you do, then the phone will lock permanently if you try more than 3 times.

im a dealer, i could search the PUK code for you, but i will need some information that you will probably be uncomfortable sharing over the internet, so i suggest you call customer care and they could look it up for you.

you can get the PUK code if you ring up the network you are with. when you get it write it down as you can always use it again if you block your phone, a PUK code is put on your phone so that if you have a pin on it and it gets stolen they can ojnly try 3 times otherwise its blocked.

You will have to phone your Network provider for your phone and ask them for a PUK code, then enter it into the phone to unlock it.

Ring your network provider and they should be able to give you the puk code (dont guess it yourself as after 10 attempts you'll be permanently blocked!) you will need to give them your mobile number etc beofre they give you the code just to make sure phone does belong to you

It's probably some sort of standard unlock code. If you haven't set a code, it's most likely something simple because it'll be a factory pre-set. Try something like 123 or 000. Sometimes it's even the last couple of digits of your phone number. (It depends on how many digits you've got. Just enter what seems like a standard code.)
