I HATE alltel. They refuse to work with you and they're simply incompetent snobs. I'm looking at switching to Verizon, but I would like to hear your stories about their customer service. Do they try to work with you? Do you feel like they don't really care that you are their customer? Do they solve problems or just divert your call? Explain.

I have been looking for a pda/phone for a while but they all have vga cameras which means the quality sucks. Does anyone know of any pda/phone with a megapixel camera? It is ok if it is unlocked or an international phone outside of the U.S. I bought my phone from Germany and it is awesome but I need the features of a pda also.
