You can tell them you moved to get out of your contract, but they may require a proof of address. In regards to all of the carriers, you are making an EXCELLENT choice. T-Mobile is the best, and has the proof to show it. T-Mobile has earned the JD Powers best in customer satisfaction award three years in a row, an is currently at the top for the fourth year. Also, the best overall Cell-site coverage based on # of towers per square mile, and the best price on rate plans (the GET MORE guarantee)

I agree. I have had Sprint for two years, and things have been going wrong left and right. You know what I mean. Though, I have to wait 3 months until I switch. By the way, you should try Cingular. They have the fewest dropped calls out of all cell phone companies, and they have rollover. It's a brillant idea that they made up so when you still have leftover minutes they are added to your collection for next months minutes. Cingular is great, and so are there prices. I only recommend that you do T-mobile if you are getting a Side Kick 3. Other than that, try Cingular. I'm getting there family plan for Razrs.

Don't listen to the guy who wrote right underneath me. He doesn't even know how to spell my name!! How can you listen to guy who doesn't know how to spell, and his avatar looks like some MONSTER. I'm a honest person. How can you trust him? He is mean, and doesn't know how to express himself without being an amateur. Grow Up!!!

You can't even if you move out of your area they will still try to get you to pay the ETF, and don't listen to Anistashia Cingular doesn't have the least dropped calls of anyother career they just claim too(just like everyone else). I've been with U.S. Cellular for a year now and have only dropped one call and it was outside their local area on their nationwide network. T-mobile sucks too they give alot of minutes but they charge you an arm and a leg for them. Do some research on different companies while your on the web most of them give their rates on their companies websites!

How can you hate a company and you have been with them that long..Your phone may suck but they have the best network around. Cingular and T-Mobile have good plans as long as you dont like coverage..Verizon has coverage just expensive..
Sprint is the way to roll baby....

look up their nationwide coverage map, then call them and say you're moving to a location where they don't have coverage....they have to let you out of your contract!
