I am using Yahoo Sitebuilder. I also have the guestbook offered through yahoo, im looking to insert something into my page, so i can have my page shell, and make it so it displays the guestbook page within my page, without going to the actually guestbook site...is it possible, how?

I'am a chemical engineer entering software. I came to software because in software I can be more creative, logical and analytical. But the software field is huge which bewilders me. I have done courses in Java, HTML, .NET, C#, VB, SQL etc. What I miss is a guide by which I can go by. Since everyone is recommending that the best way to learn programming is by actually writing the code, I would like to know how to practice.

I need a clip that is about 5 seconds to be 10 seconds, so I thought looping it would be the solution. The program I am putting it onto does not loop it, so is there a program that I can use to loop it on my own? Something not too complicated? Thanks!
