I need a clip that is about 5 seconds to be 10 seconds, so I thought looping it would be the solution. The program I am putting it onto does not loop it, so is there a program that I can use to loop it on my own? Something not too complicated? Thanks!

vlc media player, the guy has already listed the link
is a highly portable media player program, which plays practically all media files without needing to install "codecs" (in this case the quicktime movie format)

to loop it, once you've opened VLC media player
go to View > Playlist
either drag a file onto the Playlist, or go to Manage > Simple Add , and browse to your file

under Manage, there are 3 icons, Shuffle, Loop and Repeat, just click on Repeat, to repeat 1 file, and Loop, to loop all files on the play list

You may need to be more specific on mov files you see there are several different Movie Formats it depends on the source they came from. 2nd it depends on if you are using a Mac, or a PC they use different ones. It also depends on weather they are copy protected or not. Go to Google and try DVD Shrink it's free but I don't think it is as good as Toast. Don
