Yahoo is having some temporary problem that will be resolved at the earliest. I also had the same and got this answer from yahoo customer service. Guys! if this problem persisit we cna mail up to yahoo cusotmer care and report the same....

because programmer designed it as it goes to blue page when user click submit button
