Frames in HTML without borders possible?

Is it possible to get rid of the borders in a frameset, as I hate the offwhite bar that goes down the middle of the page, and it makes it look unappealing...

Y' see>> When u define Frameset insert one more property border="0" that's it.

eg.

a more elegant solution is using css formating. but the html code must be defined in doctype declaration as htnl with frameset.
