How do you code a website to show a description of your services on search engines?

I entered the following code:



But the description that shows up in Yahoo is "Go Now" as the link. I compared other websites and I don't even see the wording of the description showing in the search engine under the websites "view source" option. Where and how do you enter this description? Please help!

It looks like Yahoo grabs text from the page instead of using
meta tags.

I found this from a website.

"Yahoo sometimes displays the Title and Description from the listings in Open Directory Project in their search results rather than the meta title and description."
