I just want to be able to attatch a style sheet to new pages that already has my top and left nav on it. I've never built a website before, besides the tutorial course I took I've never used Dreamweaver before. I am a journalist, so please try not to use jargon (jargon is a technical term). Journalists and jargon do not get along.

I have tested a host of Basic compilers such as Speedbasic, FreeBasic etc. Some are capable of creating gui applications but only in the ide mode. Some of them create standalone apps but without gui. Are there any Basic compilers that do both? (powerbasic may handle this...but could not test it since there is no download). Thanks.

I have an XML source where the same track appears more the ones. What would I write in my XSLT code, so it doesn't look for 1st but 4th track? And this without changing the XML code.
