i dont know what i pressed on my computor but the pointer has changed and i need to know how to fix this problem even though it is very beautiful cause it's a picture of jesus and a cross but i need to know how this happened

Perhaps, you installed a new cursor set.
Well, go to Control Center and choose Mouse. Click on the Cursors tab then (from the drop-down menu) choose another scheme. I recommend the default one.

You may need to restart Windows after all this loading up of games etc. I'm guessing that you have checked that the mouse is fully plugged into the back of the computer in the green socket or if it is a usb mouse, plug it in to any of the usb sockets. Check to see if there is any damage to the connection and also wipe the fitting with a dry cloth in case there is any grease on there. Alternatively, do you have a spare mouse? It's possible that the mouse may be faulty! Switch of the computer and unplug the mouse. Then start up the computer again without the mouse plugged in. Wait until it has fully booted up and then plug in the mouse again. The computer will come up with the message 'Found new hardware', and hopefully after that it will work!

Most likely a spyware problem if it happened without you doing anything. Download and run Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D and this might solve your problem. Just changing the cursor back in the Control Panel might do the trick but won't remove the underlying problem.
