I don't see why not. Take a digital photo and edit it Photoshop or some other digital photo editing software to add the cartoonish traits then import the .jpg to your 360 page.

Good Idea!!! It's marketable I think! ..Just depends on how the set up is structured...
But... I just realized ---Unlike you and me...MOST people online are afraid to step out from behind their anonymity and be seen.
I wish they would all just get over it and stop being so distrustful.

yes you can.
you can make an animated gif file. it has some maximum dimensions and file size too but I can't remember those limits now.
