I dont understand you well But try these
On the VB form, do one of the folowing
1. Add a richedit component on it
and type the following code in any subroutine you want it
richedit1.Loadfile(filepath + "filename.doc")
2. Refrence it using file access codes
open filename as .........
blah blah
close......
3. Use DHTML edit in the component menu
Add
DHTML.Document=filename
