I am hearing so much about getting paid for taking online surveys. I want to know:
1. Is it worth it?
2. Where can I get the ones that you don't have to pay any money up front?
3. How do they pay you... I mean check by mail or pay pal or what?

Okay, I accidentally told firefox to sync with my internet explorer. How can I so-to-say un-sync it? Like is there a way that I can do something so that it won't share cookies and files with each other? (I tried uninstalling Firefox, but the option doesn't come up anymore the second time around.)

About a week ago I had google toolbar and yahoo and msn. all of a sudden the long white bar that would have the web site address in it- has gone bye bye. How do I get that one back- or how do I find the address of the site I am on the address only shows when accessing it at the bottom near the blue "e"

i went to start and then all programs and i went to click on mozilla firefox it only says:

mozilla firefox
and
mozilla firefox in (safe mode)

so how do i uninstall it?

Suddenly my laptop is very slow. and i mean slow. it hardly moves. and i can't press on most buttons. like i can't answer on Yahoo!Answers because i can't see the "Answer" button anymore. no, i did not fifnish my daily limit, and i know where it was, but now it's disappeared, seriously.
and i can't press on tabs. like on facebook, i can't see who's online cause when i press the arrow next to the "Friends" nothing happens. and i can't post anything aswell. i want to write on someones wall and when i press post it doesn't work. it happens on everyones wall.
this all started at the SAME time. what should i do?

I notice that when there is no best answer chosen by the askers and it goes into voting, I notice that we cqan vote for our own answer. Just curious how many vote for your own answer. I did once just to see if I could, but it still didn't get best answer.

I am trying to cut everything out of my budget because I am $400 short a month and realized I don't really make enough on ebay to keep my computer on the net. I use Ask and Answer but can live without that and don't really have anyone I need to email. Can you suggest some things I might not be thinking of that I might miss badly if I did decide to shut it down because $55 a month looks like a lot of extra money to me to pay bills.

I'm just curious if I was the only one having all these "login" problems. I think today I'm just going to switch over all my favorites to Firefox and be done with IE.

Are there any webpages that don't work with Firefox?
The problems I was having were logging into game sites such as bigfish games and my daughter's neopets... a few others that I can't remember, oh the vidoes were a problem before.

Any info on the differences would be great. Thanks.

Oh yeah, and Firefox has the old Yahoo Toolbar, which is great, now my whole family can have their own toolbar back with their own login, rather than having to log in and out of Microsoft! Big Smile!!!

Recently my internet explorer has continusly been freezing. I get messeges poping up about viruses and telling me to download different software. I also get ads poping up and random moments about debts and music etc. I think its adware and firefox works fine (i am using it now), could re installing help or which adware removal tools would you suggest. Ive scanned with avg and removed a few trojans but i dont know what more to do!

For example, i am editing a post from 2006 and if i saved it, it will be pushed to the top of my RSS feed listed a s a new post. How can I avoid this? I just want to edit it and leave it off my RSS feed.
