It's a "Pyramid Scheme".

Yes, it does work, but ONLY for the people at the top.

Yes they actually do, as I have recieved an Xbox 360 to prove it... They are not a Pyramid scheme, as nobody actually buys anything they, just complete offers, some of which are free. Please refer to this site for further details.
