if you ask me the reliance sierra wireless aircard is best as it has better coverage(just like we talk for the signal level for mobiles) and has a good speed

I go for the cheapest one! Just look for following features:
1. is your OS supported
2. is the card supporting 802.11 a/b/g/n (depends on your needs)
3. are the drivers provided or easy to download
4. how the antenna is (is it a remote antenna, fix antenna, is it possible to add booster,...)
And then take the cheapest one since they are all using the same chipsets...
