Okay, I accidentally told firefox to sync with my internet explorer. How can I so-to-say un-sync it? Like is there a way that I can do something so that it won't share cookies and files with each other? (I tried uninstalling Firefox, but the option doesn't come up anymore the second time around.)

Deleting bookmarks wouldn't do anything. Bookmarks are fine where they are. What my problem is that, I want firefox totally seperate from IE. So if I'm logged into say Yahoo on IE and I go onto Firefox I don't want to also be logged onto Yahoo.

Delete all the cookies, bookmarks and change your homepage. That's all it did to begin with.

In Firefox, click on the Bookmarks Tab and choose Manage Bookmarks...

Then, delete what you don't want.
