I am hearing so much about getting paid for taking online surveys. I want to know:
1. Is it worth it?
2. Where can I get the ones that you don't have to pay any money up front?
3. How do they pay you... I mean check by mail or pay pal or what?

Please no sarcastic comments that I could have lived without.

1) 99% of the time, no. They don't make any money by having you take a survey. They make money by having you sign up for a thousand and one different services, and by selling your email address, so they have no obligation to give you one red cent.

2) Most of the ones where you don't have to pay are tricky. They'll require you to sign up for "trial" services for different companies. Now, if you read the Terms of Service for each company's offer, and be VERY careful in what you do and do not sign up for, and are sure to cancel everything before they charge you, you may be able to get away with not paying for anything. But it's not worth the hassle, as most of the time you'll have to be paying attention to these companies nonstop for months to get everything right.

3) If they DO pay you, after you've sold your soul to them, they should be able to write you a check. NEVER let them try to offer a direct deposit or anything like that. Never provide any bank information to them. It's either a check or nothing, otherwise you run the risk of identity theft.

usually, they only give you a few surveys, and you end up answering the beginning of surveys, and then get a page that says you aren't the kind of person they want for this survey.
it ends up being a waste of time.
i've tried a few of them over the past year and a half, and not one has given me enough 'points' to pay me anything back yet.
the only one that gave me anything was 'sweets collect' and they took over one year to send me a bag of different sweets, that i'd earned from their site. they said one month, they'd send stuff. and i complained. then forgot about it. a couple of months ago a bag of sweets showed up in the post.
and they'd obviously run out to their local sweet shop to get the stuff. it was in one of those paper bags. i was just testing places. but haven't found one that really will come through at all.

i've had a couple give me coupons for amazon. that was over a year ago though.

You can make income answering online surveys. I am generating $1800/month by using this site: http://is.gd/myeasycash It is just a bit boring employment but much better than working at Pizza Hut.

NO NO NO NO NO. they are all crap and to make any money at it you don't have the hours in a day to do it. if you stayed up 24/7 for a month you still would not make enough to make a good weeks pay.

They are scams. Don't ever expect to receive the cash. At the very least they will sell your information to every spammer. If you give them your Paypal information they will rob your account.
