You can't, it's like the license plate on your car, there for all to see.
If you are being "tracked", stop doing bad things.

You can use some softwares that hides your ip address from a network and from the sites, one of the most widely used is "Hide IP Platinum", it is a software that hides your Computer's IP address from being traced on the web

Okay. Simply going behind a proxy. Set up a proxy, or try proxy tunneling.

Its rather simple, just throw a blanket over your computers screen so nobody can see your IP address or any other information
