I keep trying to get on through msn and it says the connections dead, but I don't know any other way to access it...

I want to know why most DSL providers use the "first-timer" scam. Not only that, but what is the cheapest yet reliable DSL provider without all the "hidden" garbage? I hate the "first-timer" deals with any kind of internet, since they aren't the real price of a service. I don't know which DSL internet providers have set prices for their internet services.

Every time I try to start up Firefox, a download box pops up, and no page will load. The message I get is;
"Opening Firefox

which is a: WinZip file

What should Firefox do with this file?"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, and I also completely uninstalled WinZip and WinRar, but nothing is working! Help!

I recently was experiencing a lot of pop-ups so I decided to download a different virus protection called "avast". But stupid me, I forgot to uninstall my old virus protection software(Norton) and now my computer automatically turned off the virus protection. I'm not sure what to do? u can go to the website called browsespace.com and u can unblock any website such as myspace or myyearbook. maybe any other website but the only ones i tried were myspace and myyearbook. theres also browseatwork.com and ninjaproxy.com... HAVE FUN!
