no!!
this is America, man.....nothing is free!!!
unless you go to a the free wi-fi places, or the library....!
most ppl now use a firewall now while using there computer at home, so no free wifi on your laptop neither!!!

Well This Technically Isnt A "Internet Provider" But Say You Have A Wireless Card In You Computer/Laptop And Someone Around Your Area Has A Router And It Isnt Protected And It Allows You To Directly Access Their Internet Then That Would Be Free But Yet Again Risky.I Dont Recommend It But Thats As Free As You Can Get It.

What format? Wifi? Dialup? Cable? Satellite?
Netzero offers free dial-up for a few hours a month. Some fast food places offer free wifi.

Ur local WiFi hotspot i think a certain chain of bars i cant remeber the name i think it might be lloyds has free wifi connection in all of there shops or u cud try searching for connections in your house
thats if u have a wireless adapter of course but they are only around £10 on SVP

Other than that, the cheapest internet service is dial up for $10 per month. ATT has the cheapest DSL service at $14.99 a month.
Also, you can try your public library for free internet access.

Yes you can create one or find a college students to give you the pass to their internet and you can access it at home or using wireless reviever on your labtop to get other internet who lives around you =] good luck

every once in a while youll find a house/ appt. with wireless thats not locked or anything and if you go to places like starbucks crispers ext. they have free wifi. but i dont know any people that get it free unless you have a room mate.

Yup, if you have an internal network card, go to any public place and feed off of there signal, library, coffee shop, some buses have wi-fi
